This information is used only to evaluate the request, contact the sender, and plan a suitable production process.

Email and form routing

Applications may be routed through external form services such as Tally, the Cloudflare Pages infrastructure, or Cloudflare Email Routing to Lale Yapım's verified email addresses.

Form notifications may be sent to [email protected] or another verified company inbox for operational follow-up.

Lale Yapım does not share personal data with third parties unless it is needed for project planning or specialist matching.

Portfolio and project confidentiality

Specialist portfolio links are kept for evaluation. Client projects and unpublished materials are treated as confidential.

Portfolio, case study, or reference use is checked separately with the relevant client and parties.

Deletion requests are reviewed within a reasonable time unless project security, legal obligations, or active operational needs require retention.
